Well as you said the belle patate is number 1 on your list. I think you might just have to change your ranking after you try this special little shack I guess you can call it. It’s name is Bimo burger stand located just out front of upack in esquimalt. Now to the meat and potatoes. Bimo burger stand offer’s a large poutine for $7.25 and it takes 2 to eat it. The fries are deep fried to perfection, the gravy is smooth silky and very flavorful, and the curds are to just die for. So if you want a party in your mouth than please try the Bimo burger stand.

Hi Craig:

I would love to do a post on all the 2012 free skates and swims, but information on this year’s Coast Capital sponsored fitness events has been hard to come by. Here are the few events I’ve been able to track down so far:

Feb. 20, 2012: Oak Bay Rec Centre, free swim, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
March 2, 2012: SEAPARC (www.seaparc.ca), free swim, 5:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
March 13, SEAPARC (www.seaparc.ca), 7:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
March 28, 2012: Panorama Pool, free swim, 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
May 11, 2012: SEAPARC (www.seaparc.ca), free swim, 5:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

Games and music CDs are actually available at all Greater Victoria Public Library locations, or via a hold. Borrowers can also download free ebooks and audio to their mobile devices by accessing the Library To Go site on the library’s website.
