Well, here it is, the first day of 2013. And what do we traditionally do as we turn the page to a new year? We make resolutions.
After a holiday season chock-a-block with cookies, pie, and chocolate, I know what I must resolve to do this year. Exercise.
Not exercise more. That would presume that I was exercising previously. No. I need to START exercising. And thanks to Couvon, I’ve taken my first step toward that 2013 resolution. I’ve joined Curves, the popular women-only fitness centre with the 30-minute training circuit.
